Raised in Durban, South Africa, Swantje moved back to Germany at the age of 6. The enthusiasm she developed for fashion in her youth and the studies in textile and fashion design led Swantje to found the blog swantjesoemmer.com (formerly known as offwhiteswan.com) features her passion for fashion, beauty, design and travel. In 2017 she ultimately started her career as a full-time fashion blogger and nowadays lives and works in Berlin. As content creator and art director, Swantje had the honor to work with numerous national and international brands like Cartier, Mytheresa, Calvin Klein, Sportmax, to name a few. Swantje’s aim is always to inspire her community by sticking true to her values and aesthetics.
